**If you and your spouse/partner are both employees of Michelin, the member who carries the insurance should register using the Employee Enrollment button and the dependent should set up an account using the Spouse/Partner Enrollment button.
New Employees and Spouses/Domestic Partners of New Employees: you will be able to access choosewell-livewell.com within two weeks of the employee’s first day. If it is past the two-week period and you are still experiencing enrollment issues, please contact your Health and Wellness Coordinator.
